(NAEP)


Who are the new Arrivals?


This guidance focuses primarily on meeting the needs of pupils who have arrived in school as a result of international migration which includes refugee, asylum seekers, economic migrants.
However, the guidance is applicable to a number of groups of mobile pupils who arrive in school outside the standard admission times.
These are known as mid-phase admissions.
