Phrases for School

EMTRAS has variety of resources suitable for EAL learners at all key stages.

Schools are welcome to visit our resources room in the Newcastle Springfield Centre by arrangement and borrow up to ten items which can be kept for six weeks. Thereafter, they must be returned or if no-one else needs them they can be re-issued for a further six weeks.

Each school needs to name a person - usually the headteacher or EAL co-ordinator - who takes responsibility for borrowing resources and returning them in good condition.

We have a very small budget so you will understand that we have to charge for resources which are not returned, or are badly damaged.
